Castell d'Or SL

Castell d’Or represents the union of 16 cooperative wine-elaborating cellars from Catalonia. We represent 1/5 of all the Catalan winegrowers and elaborate a large range of wines under 7 appellations. Most of our production is cava. We produce organic CAVA and non-alcohol sparkling. We make wine only from the grapes we grow, so we control the process from the very beginning. We are big enough to be able to produce significant volumes but small enough to stay regional, in contact with our land, and local people, and to understand their problems and take care of their needs.
