On the foothills of Mt. Othrys, the land of the mythical Titans, we grow our organically produced varietals: The Malagousia, a native Greek varietal recently rescued from extinction and prized for its fruity aromas and intense, complex palate. Our PGI Limnio another Greek variety, dominated by fresh aromatic herbs and red berry fruits. Our Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah & Chardonnay. Our wines mature in handmade Greek oak barrels, made in the Mt. Pindos range. Greek oak imparts less intense tones to the wine, developing a subtler and mellower flavor.
