Akriotou Microwinery

In 2015, Vasiliki Akriotou, an oenologist with working experience in the wineries of Central Greece since 1997 and George Kollias who hasworked in Wine sales & marketing, decided to use her knowledge from the long-time study of the region’s vineyards, based on their preferences for grape varieties, to produce their first own series of wines. Based in the historical Plataea in the Central Greece Region they started with the Orivatis series which translates " The mountaineer". Their second series came under the brand, the Hermit, and it's a more sofisticated version of Central Greece's terroir.
