“ASTY LPC” consists of a group of scientists with many years of experience in conducting scientific research and wine production. Our aim is to highlight a unique Greek wine, retsina, using scientific research, innovation, and new technologies. The results of the research will contribute to the creation of new wines and to the promotion and dissemination of the culture of retsina enjoyment in a new, different way.
