Melitoni Winery

Melitoni's business was established in the Racha region of Georgia at the end of the 19th century by Mr. Meliton Skhirtladze, a long-standing wine grower who decided to start bottling and selling his wine to visitors of his modest winery. Since then, the family has focused primarily on wine production and local cuisine that pairs perfectly with their wines. The Melitoni family personally carries out all aspects of winemaking, as they have for decades. The company produces a range of wines, with an annual production of between 80,000 to 100,000 bottles.
