Chateau De Cheman

CHATEAU DE CHEMAN produces organic whites, rosés, reds, Crémant de Loire (sparkling) and an exceptional sweet white Coteau de l'Aubance, on 25 hectars, in one of the most beautiful terroir of Anjou, located at the exact limit of the shales (schist) of “Anjou Noir“ and limestone chalks of “Anjou Blanc“. This exceptional double terroir allows CHEMAN to raise wines of great aromatic complexity, revealing the minerality of shales and the roundness of calcareous clay. The aging can take up to 24 months in oak barrel, after maceration and fermentation in vat, of grapes harvested plot by plot.
