Château Clarisse owners Didier and Olivia le Calvez, deeply rooted in their childhood memories and love for the vineyard lands, acquired a vineyard property in 2009. The lands add up to a total of 21 Ha. Their commitment to sustainable agriculture led to Château Clarisse obtaining organic certification in 2019. They ferment most wines in concrete tanks and age them in French oak barrels, each contributing distinct flavors and structure to the final blends. This dedication to quality and respect for the land defines the essence of Château Clarisse's winemaking philosophy.
