Our wines are named after the ancient thinkers who lived in our region. 7 Bilgeler, which also has a restaurant and accommodation on site, produced its first wine in the 2011 vintage. In recent years, the vineyards have been expanded to include others in Denizli. The harvest in 7 Bilgeler is done entirely by hand. The necessary applications and their duration are determined with daily tasting and analysis. Production is an intensive and dynamic process where many decisions are made throughout the day.
