About
The Glinavos vineyards are located in the North-West of Greece in the Pindos mountain range and around the old town of Zitsa. This is the smallest PDO region in Greece, covering about 60 hectares at an altitude of 650-700m. The region has a continental climate with cold winters, cool summers, and plenty of precipitation. The grapes grown here include "Vlahiko", "Bekari", and the white "Debina", which is the key grape used to produce the area's traditional sparkling wines.
