Capaia Wines (Pty) Ltd

Capaia Wines is situated in the wine-growing region of Philadelphia, 30km North of Cape Town and 10km from the cool Atlantic Ocean. The heart of this magnificent 140-hectare agricultural estate (60 hectares of vine) is the winery where all red wines are fermented in oak fermenters, in the form of 56 French-oak fermentation tanks. This technique as well as allowing all juice to be entirely gravity fed has proved a method to create outstanding wines. In accordance with the Chateau principle, the wines are pressed exclusively from grapes grown on Capaia territory.
