From Gevrey-Chambertin to Puligny-Montrachet passing by Clos Vougeot, Corton, Savigny, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault,Domain d’Ardhuy offers a fascinating discovery.We cover a wide range of Burgundy terroirs six “Grands Crus” appellations among which 5 different Corton Grand Cru , 15 “Premiers Crus” appellations and 12 “Villages” appellations.With deep respect for each terroir, we are trying to look after the soil to take benefit of the goodness of the land to draw off the characteristics of our vineyards.The Terroir is the main factor of the diversity and the originality of our wines.We are always trying to adapt our winemaking skills to our vineyards to reveal the personality of each Cru.The winemaking is realized respecting carefully the individuality of each vineyard to draw off the characteristics as much as possible.All our wines are ages in oak barrels : we work to find the appropriate type of barrel for each wine’s feature.
