Since 1998, Séverine and Philippe Bourrier have been creating the 1st generation in a dynamic of “handmade” wines. We are now installed on 65ha managed in Organic Agriculture on different terroirs and at different altitude. A “mosaic” estate! Anxious to do better and better, we adopt winemaking processes that meet our requirements. The amphora, since 2014 to maintain freshness in our wines, the integral vinification in barrels to tame power and concentration. The devil is in the detail, and we pay attention to every single one, offering wines with a very strong identity and great elegance.
