Blank Canvas is the vinous studio of husband and wife team, Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson. With over 35 years of collective global wine experience this duo put all their effort into finding exceptional single vineyard sites throughout New Zealand to make exciting wines that combine art and science in unity, without being enslaved to tradition.

With a focus on Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Syrah from Hawkes Bay and Pinot Noir from Central Otago, the Blank Canvas wines are exciting, small-batch and increasingly recognised as the avant-garde of NZ wine.
