Tony Bish wines is Australasia's only Chardonnay specialist. we produce 5 unique and very individual Chardonnay's from Hawke's Bay. New Zealand's leading Chardonnay producing region. Innovation is at the core of this producer. Tony utilises his own built Concrete Egg fermenters, a Taransaud French Oak Egg known as an Ovum, along with traditional barriques. This is a single cooperage winery, with a very strong relationship with the Taransaud Cooperage in France. The winery is housed in an Art Deco Icon building in Napier, and is called The Urban Winery. It is here Tony produces his wines.
