We are a vineyard and negociant based just south of Horsham, West Sussex. We have released two Charmat method sparkling wines. Our debut wine, Boco by House Coren, is made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and Boco Rosé is made with 100% Pinot Noir We are a family-owned and operated business sharing the goal of creating outstanding wine made in England that is accessible to all. We wanted to make the best possible Charmat method sparkling wine we could to showcase part of what makes English wine so good: great fruit flavours and fresh, crisp acidity.
