Moderato draws on unique know-how to create a new style of quality non-alcoholic wine.

Our goal is to maintain the pleasure while keeping the consumption under control and focusing on the taste and experience of wine.

We select the best grape varieties to obtain quality wines that we delicately reduce in alcohol and then blend them thanks to our know-how and the expertise of our oenologist. The result: preserved aromas and a new balance, for a unique style full of taste!
