Ever since our establishment in 1805, we’ve devoted to brewing sake for more than 200 years. Kitajima is based on concepts: 「Kimoto」「Fully Fermentation」「Maturing」 and「Warming」 “Best marriage” which is our goal and to be enjoyed with a variety of meals. Kimoto—it is referred to as the ‘origin of sake’ and is a product of unsparing effort and time, made with lactic acid naturally living in the brewery.
