In 1952 Francis and Célestine Sorre created the cider house close to Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel at Plerguer. In 1992, their daughter Marinette and her husband followed in their footsteps, soaking up all their knowledge and expertise, then carefully adding new innovations and technology into this craft process. Today Aurélie and Michael, Marinette's children are committed to bringing the family heritage to life and making it fit with modern trends.
