Clos Pachem

Clos Pachem is a small winery located in Gratallops, the heart of the Priorat. We produce boutique wines with Grenache and Carignan, the traditional grape varieties from Priorat, from a modern point of view. In the vineyard we work with regenerative agriculture, the winery is sustainable and the winemaking follows the principles of minimum intervention. To this end, we work with materials such as concrete, ceramics, stoneware and some French oak. Our wines reflect above all the territory, Priorat, and the grape variety from a modern perspective.
