Tezi Winery

Tezi Winery is a new Georgian venture established in 2022 and set up in collaboration with Ioseb Abdushelishvili who is a master winemaker for the production of natural wines. We produce 100% natural wines. Grapes are carefully selected from the relevant bio micro-zones and fermented in Qvevris using the Georgian traditional method, where they mature for months and sometimes years and benefit from this unique micro-oxygenation. The flavours are rich, textured and complex.
