Aged on lees for 6 1/2 years before being disgorged, this is the second release of our multi-award winning Classic Cuvée 2014. Best served after being opened for 20 mins to appreciate the full autolytic complexity this wine delivers. This light, bright golden coloured wine delivers fresh, crisp orchard fruit, reflecting a low residual sugar level, that explodes on the palate through a constant lasting stream of vibrant fine bubbles, eventually giving way to toasted brioche flavours. A long lasting finish of this drier, fresher style of Cuvée. Perfect on its own or with light food.
